  I have tasted lamb before, once, after that my tongue and nose would not allow it to make it past my lips! After hearing Patricia talk about her business (Harmony Farm in Monte Lake) and how passionate they are to deliver quality without compromise I promised myself, and her, I would taste it again? I have to say not only did I taste it I actually ate every bit that was served! It was amazing, a big thanks to Romeo @ the Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Center for preparing a beautiful meal at 'how it's made'. Everyone should try this lamb just once, and if you already like it I promise this lamb will spoil you forever!
